Follow the great shorelines of Michigan’s lower peninsula! Stay tuned for updates about the 2025 route and overnight locations coming soon! All proceeds of this bicycling tour support the League of Michigan Bicyclists.
2025 Planning is underway!
We are deep in the midst of planning for SHORELINE 2025. SHORELINE will remain our paved road camping tour in our 25′ event mix up. We will also be bringing back SUNRISE in June 2025 as a pre ride to SHORELINE and a way to test your gear and set up for any of the events we are hosting in 2025. We look forward to seeing old friends and new riders alike on the route!
Something For Everyone!
You can ride any bicycle in good mechanical condition on Shoreline. This includes trikes, recumbents, tandems, unicycles, and e-bikes. The standard route is designed to accommodate road bikes. Mountain, hybrid, cyclocross, and gravel bikes will have a blast on the routes. If you are using a standard road bike or touring bike, consider fitting wider tires for comfort. All main routes on Shoreline this year are paved.
